The Single's are planning a trip to the Great Passion Play in Eureka Springs , Arkansas in August 14-16, 2009. This play is about the birth, life and death of CHRIST. It is an evening live out door play with animals and costumes of ancient times. If interested we need to start saving our money now. Staring September 2008, If you added just $13.00 a week to your offering envelope (after you have paid your tithes and offerings) you would have around $559.00 saved by June 2009. If enough of us go and the cost is less than $559.00 per person, we have extra money already saved. Be sure you write on your envelope Passion Play $13.00 that it be credited to the right account.

Here is some information about the trip:

1.The amount each person will need to pay will depend on how many of us go.

2.The money is for transportation, hotel and tickets to the play.

3.We will need to select someone to be responsible for getting the rooms.

4.Some one needs to be responsible for renting the van.

5.We will need someone to purchase the tickets for the group.

6.We will need someone to record, collect and see that all monies have been paid by June 30, 2009.

7.Once all data is received, we can determine the amount needed for each individual.

8.Listen up; please!! make sure you will be able to go. It is not fair to others if at the last minute you decide not to go. As stated before the price per person is based on how many are going. When someone cancels that causes everyone else to make up the difference and some of us may not have the extra funds in our budgets.
